My wife Fran and I have been blessed with over 42 years of marriage, two wonderful adult children, and eight cherished grandchildren. As natives of Orange County, we have called Brea home since 2017. 

Throughout my adult life, I’ve been deeply committed to volunteering in our children's & grandchildren's sports and schools, always striving to make a positive impact. I’ve always taken an active role in safeguarding the community in which we lived by working closely with the city council, and the Planning Commission, being elected to the Orange Park Acres Board of Directors, and running the County of Orange Large Animal Rescue.

Recently, I have had the privilege of managing a disaster volunteer team of over 200 dedicated individuals, working under the guidance of The County Board of Supervisors and in collaboration with OCSD, OCFA, OCAC, and the County of Orange Emergency Operations Center. Our mission is to facilitate future evacuations and shelters, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.

At our ranch, we host several horse shows annually, but our true joy comes from welcoming kids from LA every week in partnership with the LAPD and Operation Progress. Additionally, our community center at the ranch serves as a venue for numerous local fundraising events, furthering our commitment to giving back.

As your city councilor, I am dedicated to transparency and professionalism, working collaboratively with my four fellow council members to address challenges and uphold the values that make this city so precious and successful. I am committed to Financial Innovation, Safety Enhancements, and Increased Transparency. With over 40 years of experience in business ownership, I have a proven track record of problem-solving, active listening, and teamwork.

My Father & I ran Sunset Pools until 1982 when I became the sole owner of the company which specializes in consulting, designing, and constructing swimming pools and spas, which I sold in 2016. Fran and I also own Thrifty Horse, a retail store that has been a staple in the community since 1994.

As your city councilor, I will bring my leadership experience to foster a team environment grounded in honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm. I am committed to working tirelessly for you.
