Our Vision
Hello! My name is Bill Klovstad, and I am running for City Council in the beautiful city of Brea, California. As residents, my wife Fran and I have fallen in love with our community, dedicating much of our lives to serving the public. From my time in the military to my work supporting youth with local police & fire departments across Southern California while leading the Large Animal Rescue in all of Orange County, I have always been committed to making a positive impact. As your future Councilman, my top priorities will be to foster financial innovation, introduce new and improved safety enhancements, and ensure greater transparency in all city affairs.

Brea has $24 million in reserves, which is a significant achievement. However, we must become financially innovative and explore new revenue streams to reduce the tax burden on our citizens, especially during a time when basic home necessities are becoming a challenge for many households.
